A complete portable archive
Backups contain logs, photos and videos and are shared to a destination you choose through the iOS share sheet. There is no automatic upload destination.
Verify what comes back
Every photo and video has an integrity value checked during backup and restore. Body Log can migrate between app builds and recover the previous valid saved state.
Find problems before adding more
The Data Safety screen counts check-ins, media and storage size, detects missing or orphaned files and blocks new writes if the saved index is unreadable. Exported archives are not encrypted and need private storage.
