Choose when older progress is available
Keeping a record does not mean it needs to remain instantly visible. Past Progress Lock creates time-based distance from emotionally sensitive history while leaving today’s check-in accessible.
Coming to iPhone ↘Past Progress Lock can restrict older photos, comparison, weight and measurements to deliberate access windows.
Choose the rhythm
Open older progress once a week on a chosen day, once a month on a chosen weekday, or on a fixed date from the 1st to the 28th.
Choose how long it stays open
An access window can last for the current app session, one hour or the remainder of the day. Body Log shows the time remaining or the next available window.
A boundary reflected throughout the app
When history is closed, Today, Timeline, Compare, Data and import surfaces explain what is resting and what remains available. An optional trusted-person override can be stored securely on the device.
