Built for recovery and migration
Use the same archive to restore a clean installation or move data between preview and production builds that use separate app containers.

Verification at restore
Each photo carries a SHA-256 integrity value. Body Log checks the archive during restore and refuses to silently turn unreadable saved data into an empty journal.

You complete the save
After Body Log creates the archive, the iOS share sheet lets you choose where it goes. Confirm the file exists before deleting an installation. The archive is not encrypted, so store it privately.
