Record without rushing
Choose the front or rear camera and a timer from off, 3, 5, 10 or 15 seconds. Body Log records silently for up to two minutes, leaving room for an unhurried turn.
Find the useful frames afterward
Scrub through a filmstrip, tap or drag to seek, and move one frame at a time when precision matters. Save frames to built-in or custom poses, with multiple Good moments when you want them.
Keep video and photos independent
The original turnaround remains available in the dated check-in. It can later be removed without deleting the still frames you already extracted.
